Route 246 (国道246号) is a major highway on the island of Honshu in Japan and is about 122.7 km long. It originates in Chiyoda, Tokyo and terminates in Numazu, Shizuoka.
This photo was taken during evening rush hours on my way home from a pedestrian overpass.
During morning rush hours the left lane is exclusively for buses only (that's why the orange painting).
