Old steam engine
I kept driving past this old engine during the day and finally decided to come back in the evening and take a few shots. I was hoping by shooting at night that I would get some nice reflections off the metal from the surrounding city lights.
This photo was put together from 3 exposures then brought into photoshop for some tweaking. To be more specific I cleaned up the noise, sharpened and dodged/burned some of the key areas. The last thing I did was desaturate the entire image and create a layer mask to let some of the color back through. I hope you enjoy and please comments are welcome!
